Profile
Industrial Systems Architect
Focused on OT systems architecture, industrial system reliability, stabilization, recovery, and operational continuity.
Most industrial systems run. But over time, many become increasingly difficult to maintain, troubleshoot, and expand.
SCADA layers grow more complex, integrations become fragile, and operational reliability starts to depend too heavily on temporary fixes and undocumented decisions.
I design, stabilize and restructure industrial automation and OT systems so they remain reliable, maintainable and sustainable under real production conditions.
Brownfield is the normal case in production-critical plants: parallel access paths, unclear segmentation, infrastructure layouts that outgrew their documentation, and changes made under pressure — while production continues.
I have spent years tracing issues across PLC, SCADA, historian, and infrastructure layers, and helping teams regain control when upgrades, migrations, or undocumented changes threatened continuity.
Engineering should remain understandable to operations and maintenance after FAT, under real operating pressure, with clear ownership and realistic access models.
— Stabilizing SCADA and automation systems with structural or performance-related issues
— Designing OT and industrial automation architectures
— Structuring reliable integration between PLC, SCADA, historian, and enterprise systems
— Supporting modernization and brownfield system revisions
— Recovering and troubleshooting systems affecting production continuity
— Industrial infrastructure: server roles, virtualization, backup and access models in OT contexts
— IT/OT boundary design — what crosses, what stays isolated, and how that is documented for the site
Understanding how existing systems behave under operational pressure, and how to structure them for long-term sustainability, is as important as new build work.
That requires practical engineering decisions, operational awareness, and systems that can continue running reliably long after project delivery is completed.
At Analog Control, we work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to build industrial systems that are technically sustainable, operationally reliable, and maintainable in the field.
