DCS environments

What we do

Engineering roles in DCS-based process control environments: interface mapping, modernization of existing systems, stabilization, reporting integration, historian connectivity and commissioning preparation.

Typical deliverables: scope split, interface responsibilities and delivery limits · PLC/DCS interface map · I/O, signal and control-logic derivation from P&ID and equipment lists · interlock, alarm, trend and operation scenarios · operator-screen hierarchy contribution · batch/recipe and reporting data flow · FAT/SAT scenarios, test records and acceptance support · as-built project file, test records and handover documentation

DCS / PLC / SCADA Engineering

Scope note

DCS and process control scope is defined by process owner, OEM, main contractor, site responsibilities and contract. Analog Control takes engineering roles across control, SCADA, historian, reporting and commissioning layers.

System class

SCADA / HMI / Historian

What we do

SCADA, HMI and historian layers designed to turn production signals into traceable operational visibility. Founding team capability includes energy SCADA, distribution SCADA, WebSCADA, HMI/SCADA software development, custom reporting tools, historian data flow, field commissioning and documentation.

Typical deliverables: SCADA/historian data flow and system architecture · SCADA/historian data-point architecture and naming standard · operator-screen hierarchy, alarm/trend visibility and reporting templates · historian/SQL record structure · user, role and access model · commissioning tests and acceptance records · data validation between source signal, historian/SQL record and report output

SCADA, HMI & Historian Systems

Scope note

Screens, alarms, historian models and reporting structures are built for maintainability, data quality and operational acceptance.

System class

Industrial Reporting & KPI

What we do

Energy, CIP, batch, recipe, downtime, OEE, production, utility and quality-related KPI reporting using existing PLC, SCADA, historian and SQL infrastructure. Capability extends beyond operator views to SQL reporting structures, batch/recipe reports, custom reporting tools and operational report design.

Typical deliverables: data source map · PLC / SCADA / historian / SQL data flow · historian/SQL data model · reporting templates · operator input flow · KPI calculation logic · data validation between source signal, historian/SQL record and report output · acceptance tests and report validation records

Industrial Reporting & KPI Systems

Scope note

Analog Control designs reporting and KPI layers around existing PLC, SCADA, historian and OT network constraints, with a focus on data quality, commissioning discipline, traceable handover and maintainable reporting architecture.

System class

OT network / secure remote access

What we do

Architecture support for OT network segmentation, controlled remote access, vendor access, engineering access, DMZ models and firewall boundaries — aligned with production continuity and operational risk.

Typical deliverables: OT network topology · zone/conduit concept · remote access flow · access boundary diagram · device and service inventory · firewall, switch and network interface coordination · commissioning and connection test records

OT Network & Secure Remote Access

Scope note

Analog Control provides engineering support for OT network architecture and controlled access models. 24/7 SOC, MSSP or continuous cybersecurity operations are evaluated as a separate service model.

System class

Commissioning / FAT / SAT

What we do

Testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, issue tracking and handover for control, SCADA, reporting and OT infrastructure systems. For direct Analog Control work we execute commissioning scope; in partner, OEM, integrator or main-contractor structures our role is defined engineering responsibility and field coordination.

Typical deliverables: FAT/SAT scenarios · test records · loop check and field signal control records · alarm, trend and reporting validation records · commissioning open-item list and closure tracking · as-built documentation

Commissioning, FAT/SAT & Site Support

Scope note

Site responsibilities, safety requirements and acceptance records are defined by project scope and contract structure.

System class
