Machine builders & OEM partnership
Control-system engineering within OEM and equipment-supplier delivery models
Analog Control executes defined engineering across PLC/HMI, SCADA interfaces, historian and reporting data paths, OT connectivity, FAT/SAT and commissioning handover — aligned with the OEM or equipment supplier's project standard.
Who we work with
Machine builders
Dedicated machine and line builders delivering under their own automation standard and documentation structure.
Line and equipment suppliers
Suppliers of conveyors, mixers, weighing, material handling and special equipment integrated into plant lines.
Process skid and package system suppliers
Packaged process units and skids where control interfaces must align with plant SCADA and the interface responsibility matrix.
OEM and main-contractor project structures
Multi-party projects where interfaces, acceptance criteria and as-built project file, test records and handover documentation are defined at project start.
Engineering scope
PLC / HMI engineering
SCADA interface integration
Alarm, status and production data exchange
Line interlock coordination
OT network connectivity
Historian and reporting data flow
FAT / SAT
Commissioning and as-built project file, test records and handover documentation
OEM integration model
Typical layering from machine or package scope through plant systems and acceptance — interfaces and responsibility boundaries are agreed per project.
OEM equipment / machine / package system
PLC / HMI layer
Plant SCADA / historian / reporting
FAT / SAT / commissioning
As-built project file, test records and handover documentation
Reference integration stack — not a customer-specific topology. Layer labels and interfaces are defined in the project scope.
Delivery workflow
Structured progression from interface definition through site acceptance and handover.

Typical deliverables
- Interface responsibility matrix
- PLC / HMI / SCADA engineering outputs under OEM templates
- FAT and SAT checklists with test records
- Commissioning open-item list, test records and closure tracking
- As-built and configuration notes
- Operator and maintenance handover summary
- Secure remote access architecture notes (where in scope)
- Reporting and KPI data map (where in scope)
Project scope and responsibility model
Process or equipment technology remains within the scope of the relevant OEM, equipment supplier or main contractor. Analog Control executes the defined engineering scope across the control system, SCADA, historian, OT network, reporting, testing and commissioning layers. Responsibilities, interfaces and acceptance criteria are clarified at the start of the project.
