OEM commissioning support (anonymized)
Defined engineering role for FAT/SAT documentation, field commissioning support and structured handover under an OEM delivery model.
- OEM support
- Commissioning
- NDA-based
Context
An equipment OEM needed additional commissioning and FAT/SAT documentation capacity for export machine deliveries without changing its established PLC/SCADA standard.
Problem
Peak delivery periods created gaps in structured FAT/SAT records, loop verification and commissioning open-item closure before site handover.
Approach
Scope covered checklist-based FAT/SAT records, loop and I/O verification support, commissioning open-item list tracking and handover notes aligned with the OEM's documentation standard. Analog Control acted as engineering support under the OEM project structure — not as end-user prime contractor.
Deliverables
- FAT/SAT checklists executed under OEM templates
- Loop and I/O verification contribution
- Commissioning open-item list and issue log
- Software backup and version record
- Handover and final commissioning report structure
Result
OEM site teams received traceable test records and a consistent as-built project file, test records and handover documentation; Analog Control remained engineering support under the OEM structure.
