Facility Energy and Utility Monitoring
The site could not compare HVAC, boiler, chilled water and other utility consumption across shifts and operating modes. We organised the existing signals into a reportable structure and made them visible through SCADA trends.

Problem
Energy and utility consumption could not be compared across shifts and operating modes. There was no signal structure suitable for reporting.
Work performed
We listed the existing field signals and meters, built the SCADA screens and trend structure, defined a report-ready data model and handed it over with acceptance notes.
Outcome
Energy and utility data became monitorable through a reporting-ready signal structure and SCADA trend visibility.
